Warranty Form
Please find and identify the tank serial number on the template of your tank. The serial number is the date in which your tank was made. Please check the date of manufacture. If your tank was purchased prior to the 2/4/2013 Please contact Hills warranty@hills.com.au. If your tanks date of manufacture was after the 2/4/2013 then you must fill out the below details to lodge a warranty on your tank.
- Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will review the information provided and aim to provide an initial response within 14 days.
- To enable an efficient assessment, all information submitted must be complete and accurate. Any incomplete, inaccurate, or insufficient information may delay our assessment and response to the claim.
- We may request additional information, photographs, documentation, or site access where reasonably required to assess the claim. Timeframes for assessment may be extended where further information is required or where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect the assessment process.
- Submission of a warranty claim does not constitute acceptance of liability or approval of the claim. All claims are subject to review in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions and any rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
